How to:

Gently roll the blend over your lower abdomen, just below the navel, using circular motions. For additional relief, apply to the lower back and inner thighs. Massage the oil into the skin for enhanced absorption and comfort. Use at the first sign of menstrual discomfort and reapply every 3–4 hours as needed.
